These are the men who fought bravely to defend their home and they were willing to lay down their lives for the men, women, children and city that they loved. These men left their wives and children so they could suffer through long hard months so their children wouldn't be killed, tortured, or worse. Many of them didn't have the proper clothes to fight. Others starved to death because they would give their rations to the sick. These men fought bravely for us, their families, and their beautiful country.
